Role Overview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth: identifying new markets, acquiring clients and partners, increasing revenue, and expanding the company’s market presence. This is not an administrative role — the core focus is on delivering measurable business growth through sales, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients (B2B / B2C depending on the business model)
  • Develop and expand partnership networks and sales channels
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Generate and test hypotheses to improve sales performance
  • Lead negotiations with key clients and partners
  • Contribute to commercial strategy development
  • Prepare commercial proposals and close deals
  • Track and achieve sales and business growth KPIs

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes (preferably complex/long sales cycles)
  • Proven negotiation skills with decision-makers
  • Ability to analyze markets and competitive environments
  • KPI-driven mindset with strong focus on results
  • English level: Intermediate or higher (required for international markets, if applicable)
  • High level of autonomy and ability to work without constant guidance
